Review: Kuala Lumpur International Hotel

Salam.

Well I guess it has been a while. Just got back from Linus 2.0 Bahasa Inggeris course. Held at Kuala Lumpur International Hotel (KLIH) for 4 days 3 nights. I guess I can write a short review on the accomodations they have in the hotel.

The room is nice. The problem is they only have yellow lights in the room. If you go there just for a sleep over, there shouldn't be a problem. But if you go there for work purposes, I suggest you to bring along your desk lamp. It's not good to work under the yellow lights. I guess you already know that. But yeah, who cares since you're just going to sleep in the room actually. Right?

The housekeeping maybe made some mistakes when they were cleaning our room before we checked in that day because when my roomate open the chiller provided in the room, there was a glass of McDonald's iced milo in it. Don't know for how long it was left there but it stinks. Yuck!

The only main weakness of the hotel is- eventhough goverment frequently hold their events and courses at the hotel, they still do not upgrade their facilities provided. We need to pay RM6.00 to use the wifi for 3 hours only. Why can't you just provide free wifi to your customers? Try to guess how much money they made each and everytime events were held at the hotel.

The food are nice. But they're not consistent. The first day dinner was not that nice but the day after lunch was very good. Dinner on the same day was not very nice theb breakfast on the next day was satisfying. Got what I'm saying? :)

I am not sure with the price for each rooms but I guess you can always google it anyway.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice. Moreover when it is located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. I guess that is the very best thing for those who comes from other states. Chow kit is just a walking distance away.  And you can always ask for cab service if you want to go to KL.

I guess that's all I can say about the hotel. It might not provide you with the best facilities, but if you're looking for a place to stay near the city of Kuala Lumpur, this might be it. :)

Till then...

Xoxo.
